The RED Business Community is an exclusive platform for entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals in the RED Worldwide network. It combines real-time messaging, group circles, live video exchanges, courses, and a marketplace — all in one place.

Whether you're here to connect with fellow members, attend a coaching session, complete a course, or find resources for your business — this is your home base. All activity is private and visible only to verified RED members.

Platform Features — How They Work

RED Network (Forum)
A community-wide discussion board. Post questions, share wins, start conversations, and engage with the entire member base.
Exchanges (Live Sessions)
Live video rooms powered by Jitsi. Attend coaching sessions, advisory calls, co-working blocks, masterclasses, and bootcamp challenges.
Circles
Focused subgroups within the community. Each circle has its own feed, announcements, group thread, and member roster.
Messages
Private direct messaging between members. Search for any community member and start a one-on-one conversation.
Classes
On-demand video courses covering business, finance, leadership, tax strategy, and more. Track your progress as you go.
Leaderboard
See top members by points earned through community activity. Your own stats are always pinned at the top so you can track your standing.
Announcements
Official updates from RED leadership appear in the right sidebar and as a top banner. Urgent announcements are highlighted in red.
RED Marketplace
Access document templates, legal kits, and business resources in the Marketplace panel on the right sidebar.
My Profile
Edit your display name, avatar, bio, and see your points, badges, and course enrollments. Click your name in the left sidebar to access it.

Types of Exchanges

Exchanges are our live, scheduled video sessions. There are five formats, each designed for a different kind of interaction:

Superior Results Coaching Sessions
1-on-1 or small group sessions with a RED coach. Focused on your specific goals, challenges, and accountability.

Business & Tax Advisory Sessions
1-on-1 or small group expert advisory calls covering business strategy, tax planning, and financial decisions.

Co-Working Sessions
Large-group webinar-style sessions where members work alongside each other with structured focus blocks.
🎓
Monthly Master Classes
In-depth educational sessions led by RED experts and guest instructors on specific business topics.
⚡
1-Week Challenges / Summits / Bootcamps
Intensive programs running 3–5 hours per day over 2–5 consecutive days. Designed to create fast, focused results.
When you join an Exchange, a live Jitsi video room opens directly in the platform. The room closes automatically when the session ends.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of Your Membership

Check the Announcements panel regularly — important updates, event reminders, and special offers are posted there first.
Use Circles to connect with members who share your specific industry or interest. Circles have their own feed, threads, and announcements separate from the main community.
Your points go up when you engage — post in the forum, join exchanges, complete courses, and interact with others. Track your standing on the Leaderboard.
Use Direct Messages for private conversations, collaborations, or follow-ups after an Exchange session.
The right sidebar has quick access to Messages, Announcements, your active Challenges, upcoming Exchanges, and the Marketplace — all without leaving your current page.
Use the Tools & Resources section in the left sidebar to access the Training Portal, Appointment Scheduler, VistaIQ Manual, and more external tools.

This is a professional community. All members are expected to engage with respect, integrity, and a spirit of collaboration.
