Refund Policy

RED Worldwide, Inc.

Consent

By purchasing, enrolling in, depositing toward, or otherwise engaging RED Worldwide, Inc. for services, programs, courses, memberships, digital products, document support, or related offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

General Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 45 calendar days from the date of purchase or service initiation.

Refunds may be considered only for services that have not been rendered, delivered, accessed, or substantially begun.

After 45 calendar days, refunds are not available. However, RED Worldwide, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, offer a service credit for future services when extenuating circumstances exist and the request is submitted within 90 calendar days of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

To be considered for a refund, you must provide:

  • Your receipt, invoice, or order number
  • Your name and contact information
  • A written explanation of the refund request
  • Any correspondence showing whether required client materials, documents, access, or requested assets were provided to RED Worldwide, Inc.
  • Any relevant details showing that the service was not rendered or delivered

Failure to provide required information may delay or prevent review of the request.

Refund Review Process

Once your refund request is received, RED Worldwide, Inc. will review the request and confirm receipt.

We will notify you of the status of your request within 48 business hours after review begins.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary based on your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.

Service Credits

If a service credit is approved instead of a refund, RED Worldwide, Inc. will notify you once the credit has been applied.

Service credits are non-transferable and may only be used toward eligible future services, programs, or offerings provided by RED Worldwide, Inc.

Digital Products and Courses

All sales of digital products are final once access has been granted or delivery has occurred.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Online courses
  • Digital downloads
  • Software access
  • Apps or platform access
  • Membership portals
  • Templates, forms, guides, or educational resources
  • Website, hosting, or domain-related digital services

Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately, RED Worldwide, Inc. does not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products after delivery, except where required by law or where the product is defective or materially not as described.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, you must contact support@redworldwide.org within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can review and assist.

Courses, Educational Programs, and Memberships

Courses, trainings, memberships, and educational programs are considered delivered once access is provided, whether or not the purchaser completes, uses, or fully participates in the material.

No refunds are provided for unused access, failure to attend, lack of participation, or failure to complete coursework.

Document Preparation and Support Services

Certain RED Worldwide, Inc. offerings may include document preparation support, templates, guidance, or complimentary document-related assistance connected to an educational program.

Refunds are not available for document preparation once work has begun, drafts have been prepared, documents have been delivered, or client-specific customization has started.

Trust-Related Documents and Education

Trust-related document preparation support may be included as a complimentary service connected to paid courses, programs, or educational offerings.

If you engaged RED Worldwide, Inc. regarding trust education, trust structuring concepts, or trust-related implementation support, you acknowledge that your payment was for educational programming, instruction, and related support — not for guaranteed legal, banking, tax, or financial outcomes.

Trust documents and related complimentary preparation support are not eligible for refund once course access has been provided or document work has begun.

No Guarantee of Third-Party Outcomes

RED Worldwide, Inc. may provide general education and support regarding implementation steps, including matters such as business formation, banking preparation, trust administration concepts, or organizational structuring.

However, RED Worldwide, Inc. does not guarantee approval, acceptance, account opening, funding, licensing, tax treatment, compliance approval, or any other outcome determined by banks, government agencies, payment processors, financial institutions, vendors, or third-party entities.

Final decisions by third parties may depend on internal policies, Know Your Customer requirements, underwriting standards, compliance rules, or other factors outside our control.

Physical or Custom Service Deliverables

Custom deliverables may include, but are not limited to:

  • Business plans
  • Strategic plans
  • Succession plans
  • Organizational documents
  • Training materials
  • Advisory reports
  • Website-related deliverables
  • Other client-specific documents or projects

Refunds are not available once custom work has substantially begun, drafts have been created, services have been performed, or deliverables have been provided.

Required Checkout Acknowledgment

When purchasing through our website, you may be required to acknowledge this policy by selecting a checkbox or similar confirmation stating that you have read and agree to the Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

This policy may also be included or referenced in your order confirmation, invoice, receipt, or enrollment materials.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@redworldwide.org with the following information:

  • Name
  • Business name, if applicable
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Best time to contact you
  • Reason for request
  • Invoice, receipt, or order number
  • Any supporting documentation

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. RED Worldwide, Inc. reserves the right to approve, deny, or offer a service credit based on the facts, timing, delivery status, and applicable terms of the purchase.
